What a wonderful Mother's Day weekend we had! Spent some time in Clinton with Nana & Papa, then back home for Mother's Day. Got some snuggle time with Caleb as he was waking up in bed in the morning - included a dissertation on the dangers of red-back spiders, the mothering instincts of male seahorses (they have a pouch to carry their young, apparently), how to kill garden insects with Grammy's soap and water home remedy and finally reassurance on our safety from termites "they won't bite people because they're made of wood, not skin and bones," also they don't live in Oklahoma (really??)
Enjoyed hugs and kisses from my Joshy, too. Also enjoyed a nice pedicure with a good friend and a lovely Loft giftcard from my three boys!
Later, had Mom, Bobble & Denielle over for dinner when my fabulous husband grilled kabobs and corn on the cob! Do you like Joshy's outfit?? NO PANTS! It is so hard to keep pants on that boy! He would rather be free, I guess!
